a) For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders), shipping costs for both to and fro will be charged at actuals.
b) For pre-paid orders, these costs will be deducted during the refund process.
c) In the case of COD orders, reward points will be deducted from the customer’s account.
2. Shipping Process
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Chennai, Tamil Nadu by reputed courier agencies. Please allow t7-14 business days from the receipt of your order

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm, Monday – Saturday.

– Enjoy FREE shipping for orders above Rs. 1000.
– Rs. 50 for orders less than Rs. 1000.
5. Delivery Receipt
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. GrainMa takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
6. Liability
GrainMa is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
